6 Nations 2017

Will Scotland be the surprise package this year?

Will the bonus points make any difference? 60 mins into the Italy game with Wales winning from 4 penalty kicks would suggest not!

Good to see them hold on for a great win. The Scots looked rock solid in defence and were very effective in stopping many of lreland's pick and drives. From what l saw of it on BBC1, the atmosphere up there seemed amazing.

Italy v Ireland (14:25)
Wales v England (16:50)
Scotland v France (15:00)

Oooh it's interesting this week. Ireland to win big, Scotland to scrape through 15-14 and I hope England manage a victory but I'm not 100% sure about it :-[

Has to be said, the Welsh were ferocious tacklers today and their breakdown defence ws superb. Bearing in mind that we lost EIGHT turnovers today, as well as knocking the ball on a few times, we must be doing a lot of other things right. Considering the personnel we have missing, and how well their replacements are doing, English rugby is in a bloody good place at the moment.

This is the best competition in living memory, 5 of the 6 teams are really competitive. Thoroughly enjoying it.

Good game there. Scotland will feel hard done by. They could have nicked it.

That missed conversion though! Dear me
