Blyth Bish away win
Darlo S Carew Home win
Pont v North Shields, please please please as James Brown once said, let there be an away win
Sedgefield v South Shields Home win
Sunderland v Whitby. Should be a good game this, think home advantage will swing it
Rock v Redcar. Game of the day, Rock have to win to keep pressure on Pont, Redcar scoring tries for fun. Rock missing inflencial 10 who broke his wrist in the last play of the game against Winlaton, still going for a Rock win.
Vulcans v Ash, another tough match but will go for the home advantage to swing it

Blyth v Bish Don,t think this will be the week Blyth catch Shields but they may get a losing bonus if they front up Away win
Darlo v Seaton Good draw for Darlo last week. A much easier prospect this week with a comfortable home win.
Pont v North S  Pont usually strong at home and Shields not that hot away so will go for home win but the pressure is on Pont now
Sedge v South Was impressed with Sedge last week. Very solid and hard working side who are hard to beat while Shields are finding wins hard to get but any kind of point is vital. Home win but Shields may sneak a point too
Sun v Whitby Sun have had the beating of Whitby at home for a number of years but this is the best side Whit have had for a long time. Confidence is high and I can see Whit coming back to Gods country with the points but it will be tough. Away win
Rock v Red The crunch for Rock so big pressure on them and some excuses coming out already but I have to go with my prediction and they will Nick a win against a very good Red side who must think they are already up. Home win Just
Vulcans v Ash  Ash seem to have lost a bit of intensity since they have established their place in the league while Vulcans are slowly slightly and allegedly getting strong I will go for a home win

Nice one Mr Spock. Our 10 has now retired from the game, a sensible desi ion bearing mind his work. He has given great service to Rock and will be missed on the pitch.

Sad to hear that. Webby was a class act at 10 - could easily have played higher if he had wished to

Wasn't a class act when I watched him play Sunderland last month and he kicked one of their players off the ball and out of the refs view.

Always make me smile when I see comments on here about the rougher side of the game. A kick to the head or any part of the opposition is not on and has no place in this version of "football", neither has any kind of cheap shot.

However a well aimed clip is normally a straightener for someone who is a nuisance and in my experience of the game now, usually results in the victim acting in a very "soccer like" manner and protesting how unfair it is and that they are being harshly treated. I think we can all agree that players seldom get clipped unless they deserve it?

As long as the act is not disproportionate then no harm is done and maybe 10 minutes pondering the error of their ways is usually all that is required for the game to continue merrily on its way.
