General Election 2017
« on: April 19, 2017, 10:23:55 AM »
This might keep the forum ever so slightly used over the summer!

My prediction is a Tory landslide of over 100+ seats. There's no way Lib Dems and Labour will agree on a coalition to only pick one candidate per constituency (although they should!)

Thoughts?

Until Brexit is fully negotiated the "liberal left" should be kept miles away from any negotiating.

Farron and Corbyn are useless woolly irritants I'm afraid and Sturgeon is nothing but a poisonous little bigot. All 3 are idealists who's only role will ever be that of a conscience. People in power need too make hard tough decisions and not be populist, it's such a shame all opposition leaders are so useless.

Torres with a majority of 90+ for me and I'm actually a red labour man believe it or not, my Dad will be rolling in his grave!

Latest poll:

CON: 43% (-1)
LAB: 38% (+3)
LDEM: 10% +1)
UKIP: 4$ (=1)

Labour might edge this with 2 weeks to go...
