DN3 dream team, Backrow votes.
« on: March 25, 2020, 01:06:56 PM »
Votes for 2 flankers and No8 please
1. We all Have “ONE” vote for a player in that position only.
2. Give a small brief of why?
3. Votes will be counted after 24hrs and locked.
4. If votes are tied “yours truley” will cast the deciding vote. (based on people’s briefs)

We will go through positions starting from loose head down to fullback. Then select a dream team based on most votes for that player. I will start a new thread after each selection is made.

1. loose head, Tech (Martyn Howard) big guy with beard
2. Hooker, Seaham (Connor Drinkwater)
3. Tight head, Houghton (Matt Marchant)
4. Secondrow, Ayecliffe (scrum cap Luke?)
5. Secondrow, Redcar (Neil Young)

6 - Robert Reid (P&S) - tackle count is unbelievable and work rate fantastic.

7 - Sean McCallum (Seaham) - just a nuisance all over the park, tackles and strong over the ball.

8. No comment. Although TDSOB 8 was a good lad.

Rob Reid @ Prudhoe, strong carrier and relentless tackler

Yannick also Prudhoe, try scoring machine. Could easily play much higher standard.
Richmondshires 8, think he is called Ryan? Handy player
Also Jarrows utility forward Pargeter. Always involved in jarrows attacks

6 - Seghill lad with the hairband, used to play centres. Proper shithouse
7 - Rob Reid P&S, does the hard graft in attack and defence
8 - Yannick P&S, keeps attacks ticking over and scores plenty

6. Newton Turton (Houghton) - been around ages but still a class act who is a turnover wizard and workhorse.

7. Sean McCallum lSeaham) - absolute terror all around the field; another breakdown sniper who gets the tries too.

8. Yannick Debil (P+S) - big strong carrier whose try count speaks for itself.

Also worth a mention...

6. John Dixon (Seaham)
7. Aaron (Houghton)
8. Blonde lad (Wallsend) or Craig Gilmour (Seaham)
