Return of Rugby in Scotland (sort of)
« on: September 14, 2020, 02:51:34 PM »
As of today a modified full contact form of rugby is being allowed in Scottish Schools and Clubs. No Scrums or Mauls modified Rucks and Lineouts surely this is a better idea than non contact touch. Ok it's not perfect but surely this would wet people's appetites a little bit and lads would be more likely to play games against other clubs and get club rugby started. Obviously friendlies and not league games. Interested in peoples thoughts.

Have you got a link or anything?

Could work on paper...still think we’d be a few months away even from that in England. Not sure how they can do this in Scotland with the outcry against Sturgeon’s covid policy (whilst conveniently blaming the UK gov).
